As we head to Mumbai and onward to Los Angeles, we do so at a defining moment for our global community.
February had seen a lot of travel, and I am constantly reminded that growth alone is not success. Scale alone is not leadership. Influence alone is not legacy. What ultimately defines us are our values and the discipline with which we uphold them.
Esports sits at the convergence of sport, culture, and technology. It is borderless, youthful, and transformative. Yet, its long-term credibility depends on governance, integrity, athlete welfare, and inclusion. Equality, diversity, fair play, and innovation are not abstract ideals. They are the operating system of our Federation and our 180 Member Federations worldwide.
This is why we speak of #worldconnected.
Two words. United as one.
Worldconnected reflects our belief that technology must strengthen human connection. That respectful competition can bridge nations. That the next generation deserves platforms built on trust and responsibility. And that global collaboration, not fragmentation, will define the future of sport.
Mumbai represents energy, expansion, and the rising confidence of a new era. Los Angeles represents creativity, storytelling, and the global stage ahead. Together, they symbolize the bridge between continents and generations.
Our mission is to reimagine how the world connects through esports—grounded in values, driven by innovation, and committed to unity.
If we protect our principles, we earn trust. If we earn trust, we build legitimacy. And if we build legitimacy, we create enduring impact.
From Mumbai to Los Angeles, we move forward with clarity and conviction.
The future is not simply connected.
